With her vast experience in buying, renovating and selling properties together with years of attending “Open for Inspections” it became very obvious to Lorraine that there was an enormous amount of people needing assistance in presenting their homes for sale. Very often, appalled at the lack of any decorating skill together with the chaos and clutter that confronted her in many homes resulting in these same properties lingering on the market and selling for greatly reduced amounts led Lorraine to realise that whilst holding Diplomas in Interior Design she felt that their knowledge could be better utilised in helping people to achieve greater results when selling their homes. Their mission is to eliminate vendors leaving thousand upon thousands of dollars behind when they sell their homes simply because their properties were not presentation perfect.
